Changing from physical to digital teaching can be done from either interface (singular or mulitple activitites).

1) Find the course code in the course schedule. Hold the mouse cursor over the desired activity and click on the blue Edit-button that appears:

2) Click the grey button "Gjør om til digital undervisning". From the drop-down menu choose type of digital teaching, for example Zoom. Click Save at the bottom of the page. Once saved, you will see that digital teaching has been added to the activity, and the box next to the digital teaching will be ticked.

At this stage you may also add a link to the digital room. For example, you can set up a Zoom meeting in advance and then copy and paste the URL in the box next to "Romlenke":

Click "Save and show".

An icon will then appear in the course schedule in TP as well as in the student`s personal time schedule (in this example the physical room is hidden from view):

Please note the following:

In an activity where a physical room has already been booked, and you change to digital teaching, the physical room will not be unbooked, but it will not appear in the course schedule unless you tick the box next to the name of the physical room. If you have changed to hybrid teaching, remember to tick the box next to the name of the physical room before saving, so it will be visible in the course schedule.
The Zoom-link will be open for everyone (i.e. anyone can take part if desired). If you want to keep the Zoom teaching available to your students only, you can either set up the Zoom meeting with a meeting ID and then distribute the link to the students elsewhere (f.x. Canvas), or you can post the link directly in Canvas.
We recommend that you present the link to the digital room to the students in Canvas and add at comment in the time table in TP, for example: "Link to the digital teaching room can be found in Canvas". This way only students with access to the course in Canvas can enter the digital room.
